TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Regular domestic cleaning and regular office cleaning service cost is subject to signing a cleaning service agreement with Better Home and Business. A minimum of 3.5hrs per cleaning visit applies. Customer agrees to provide a list of task and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless other arrangements have been made with BH&B. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The customer is expected to provide their own cleaning material. If the customer request BH&B to provide said items on their behalf customer understands that an applicable service charge will be assessed. The client understand that the price He/She has been quoted is not for a ‘' package deal” and does not include any thing other than labor. Any price quote  of how long it will take to complete a job is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a house or a office of similar size, it being difficult to estimate precisely how long such a task may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required. If customer requires an initial meeting before the first cleaning visit a signed service agreement must be returned to B.H.& B. We will set up an appointment with you. By ordering B.H.& B services by telephone fax, or the website, the customer agrees to be bound by B.H.& B. services terms and conditions.
